Wendy Foster is a self-taught artist whose work stems from her deep love for the countryside. Wendys interest in wildlife was further inspired when she was training at the RSPB, then moved on to work as an illustrator for the Montgomeryshire wildlife trust in mid-Wales.

Wendy moved to Worcester in 1991 where she has had several successful solo exhibitions and during that time has also run her own Gallery and Gift shop, which she named after the Brimstone butterfly. Since closing the shop in 2019,Wendy is currently  focusing on a new exhibition of her work
